Mix well all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a blender and use a high speed for a few minutes.

Pour the mixture onto a sieve to attain a smooth batter. Rest the batter for 30 minutes.

Pour an adequate amount of the batter onto a well grease waffle maker.

If you don’t have a waffle maker at home, the batter can be substituted into a pancake.

To prepare pour an adequate amount (a ladle) of the batter on a well grease flat pan. Leave it for 1 minute and tilt the pancake over to get the even colour for both sides. When golden brown, remove from fire.
How to serve

Waffle or pancake can be served with any spread such as golden syrup, kaya peanut butter or jam.
