Mix flour, cocoa powder, sodium and baking powder. Sieve well.

Put Blossommm, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl. Beat for 10 minutes or until the mixture is fluffy and creamy. Add in the eggs one at a time. Scrap the sides of the bowl from time to time

Add the sieved ingredients alternately with milk. When both dry ingredient and milk are well incorporated, stop beating the mixture.

Prepare baking tin. Line the tin with grease proof paper and grease it well. Pour the mixture into the baking tin.
