Blossommm Chocolate Moist Cake
 
Ingredients
175 gm Blossommm
340 gm Castor Sugar
5 Whole eggs
230 gm All purpose flour
80 gm Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Sodium Bicarbonat
1 tbsp Baking Powder
170 ml Full cream milk
1 tsp Salt
 
Methods
Preheat oven at 175˚C for 30 minutes

Mix flour, cocoa powder, sodium and baking powder. Sieve well.

Put Blossommm, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl. Beat for 10 minutes or until the mixture is fluffy and creamy. Add in the eggs one at a time. Scrap the sides of the bowl from time to time
3.
Add the sieved ingredients alternately with milk. When both dry ingredient and milk are well incorporated, stop beating the mixture.
4.
Prepare baking tin. Line the tin with grease proof paper and grease it well. Pour the mixture into the baking tin.
5. Bake at 175˚C for approximately 45 minutes
